We advocate for the implementation of therapy into our treatment plans and feel it is often a necessary piece of the puzzle for effective mental health management.  There are multiple therapeutic modalities available and often depends on the mental health condition being addressed.  We currently offering the following types of therapy.

  • Cognitive Behavioral Thearpy (CBT): A type of psychotherapy that helps individuals manage emotional and behavioral problems by identifying and chnaging negative or unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors.  
  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT):  A type of psychotherapy desinged to help individuals manage intense emotions, improve relationships, and reduce self-destructive behaviors.  DBT is particularly effective for individuals with personality disorders.  
  • Family Therapy: A type of psychotherapy that focuses on improving relationships and addressing issues within a family system.  
  • Couples Therapy:  A type of psychotherapy to address relationship issues, improve communication, and strengthen their bond.
  • Exposure Therapy:  A behavioral therapy that helps individuals overcome anxiety and phobias through gradual exposure to feared objects, situations, and thoughts in a safe and controlled environment.
